Yoram Bonneh, Ph.D.

Yoram Bonneh combines a wealth of research experience in visual psychophysics and brain disorders such as amblyopia (lazy eye), neglect, dyslexia and autism with an extensive experience in software development and technological innovations. As a director of research in a startup initiative, he was involved in the development of lazy-eye rehabilitation using neural retraining techniques. His current focus is on studying autism and sensory modulation disorder and on improving the communication of autistic children. He is currently a senior research associate at the Haifa University and consultant at the Weizmann Institute in Israel as well as a member of the scientific advisory board of the Cure Autism Now “Innovative Technology for Autism” fund. He received a Ph.D. from the Weizmann Institute.
