Wolfram Schultz is an authority on the neuroscience of the brain's "reward systems." His laboratory has conducted a broad range of studies documenting how dopamine and other modulatory control neurons are engaged in natural behaviors. He received his MD from Heidelberg, Germany, and an advanced Ph.D. in Fribourg, Switzerland.
