Paula Tallal, Ph.D.

Paula Tallal is an internationally recognized authority on developmental language disorders and learning disabilities. She is a board-certified psychologist and cognitive neuroscientist whose research includes neural and genetic bases of language development and disorders and the development of cognitive enhancement remedial strategies. With Dr. Merzenich, she co-founded Scientific Learning Corporation. She is active on many scientific advisory boards and government committees. Dr. Tallal received a Ph.D. from Cambridge University.
