Merav Ahissar, Ph.D.

Merav Ahissar’s work focuses on the relationship between perception and cognition. In her lab, she and her colleagues are researching the perceptual deficits of reading- and learning-disabled individuals and the relevance of their perceptual and cognitive disabilities. She recently received the Bruno award for her work. Dr. Ahissar has a Ph.D. in Neurobiology from the Hebrew University.
