InSight: Product Description

Product Description | Benefits of Training | Clinically Proven Results

The InSight exercises sharpen your brain’s visual system while you have fun.

Each of the five InSight exercise targets one aspect of visual processing and memory, while also reinforcing the skills developed in the other exercises. The program also helps you set improvement goals, measure your progress, and understand the science of cognition—so that you always know how you’re doing and what benefits to expect!
