Meet the Mac Contest Winners!

Thanks to all of you who submitted projects to our Creative Brain Challenge. We created the contest to celebrate the release of the Brain Fitness Program for Mac OS X, and the entries we received combined the two concepts—the Brain Fitness Program and the Mac computer—in many interesting and imaginative ways. We’re pleased to present the first, second, and third place winners below. The contest may be over, but there are many other great ways to exercise your brain. Challenge yourself and keep learning!

Creative Brain Challenge Winners

First place: "Lee Gets Happy", By Nina Ackerberg
Nina’s video shows the right way, and the wrong ways, to use the Brain Fitness Program for Mac. “I entered the contest to have some fun and try and bond with my father in-law, Lee,” the Berkeley, California, resident says. “I can't tell you how creaky my old iMac is, and my brain is too. We both need upgrading.”

Second place: "Turn the Switch", By Edward Jonathans
Edward’s poem simply and artfully sums up the Brain Fitness Program and the Mac (finding a rhyme for “plasticity” must have been pretty tough!).

Turn the Switch

Cognitive decline
- in fact by design...
survival of the fittest
- nature parsing faulty genetics

Posit's stand
- promotes plasticity
Train the brain
- so you can _think differently©_

Match It - High or Low?
Tell Us Apart - Listen and Do
Sound Replay - Bird Safari™
Story Teller - Master Gardener™
Jewel Diver™ - Sweep Seeker™
AND
Road Tour™ on OSX - RELEASES YOUR TIGER!!!

Play them all…
   challenge your ability.
Offset neurodegeneration
… to increase mental agility!!!

Your Brain will Thank you
   [though speaking through consciousness]
And I, dancing on [MacBook] Air
... will gratefully too!

Third place: “Posit Science on the Mac”, Flash Movie By Steven Toth
Steven’s flash movie proves that when your Mac talks, you should listen.
