Motivation
Burnout happens to all of us and while recognizing when it is happening is helpful, preventing it all together is even better. I was reading an article the other day about this topic and it made me think about our customers who contact us for coaching and tips on staying motivated when using the program. The article gives tips on staying motivated and structuring your day in ways to avoid burnout. Here in Customer Delight we have a support community that recently asked about motivation and got some good feedback from users doing the programs and tips they use to keep going. At the end of the day, whatever you are trying to accomplish, whether it be that big project or starting an exercise program or training your brain, the idea of motivation is intrinsic and we really do control our outcomes.
